Buses going to Gaza Protest in DC on 1/10/09

Bus departs on Friday, Jan. 9 at 7 pm from the Back of the Art Institute of Chicago on Columbus Ave. between Monroe & Jackson. Bus returns early Sunday Morning.

Bus Tickets are $100 — just to cover the cost of the bus — and can be purchased online by clicking here.You can also pay in cash at the ANSWER Office:

The office will be open Tuesday, Jan. 7, from 4 pm to 8 pm, Wednesday, Jan. 8: 12 pm to 8 pm, and Thursday, Jan. 9: 12 pm to 8 pm . For more information, call: 773-463-0311

New York, NY
Transportation to DC

All buses depart at 6am on Saturday, January 10th, and return around 10pm on the same day. The cost is $40 for a round-trip ticket. These are the bus locations:

1) Union Square / 14th St. (Downtown Manhattan): L,N,Q,R,4,5,6 trains
2) Bay Ridge Ave and 4th (Brooklyn)

Transportation to DC

Vans will leave Charlotte on Sat., Jan. 10 at 5:00 am from The MAS Community Center at 4301 Shamrock Dr., Charlotte, NC 28215. Vans will leave DC that same day at 6:00 pm to return to Charlotte. To reserve a seat contact David Dixon at 704-492-5226 or email charlotteaction@gmail.com with “J10 Rides” as the subject. There will be a small fee to cover gas & rental. Volunteers needed to drive. Updates, changes & any additional info will be posted at http://www.charlotteaction.blogspot.com/.
